VETERINARY NURSE

Jenna is one of our veterinary nurses with over 7 years experience and a keen interest in all things surgery.

She first discovered she wanted to be a vet nurse while volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Thailand on her gap year in 2015. She then returned home to study in 2016 and has since travelled to South East Asia several times to participate in more volunteering programs.

She has 2 rescue furbabies. Jinny is a 7 year old scruffy mixed breed doggo and her cat Olive, who is a foster fail from her time working at a rescue shelter.

In her spare time, Jenna loves to go scuba diving, discovering the underwater world and meeting all the different types of marine life.

When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to work in theatre

What’s your idea of a perfect long weekend getaway?

Scuba diving

Only English sadly

Are you a pet owner? What do you have?

Yes! Two rescues. Jinny, 7yo scruffy mix doggo and Olive my 10yo DSH

What’s your favourite season and why?

Spring or autumn, it’s warm enough to be outdoors and swim, but not too hot.

What is your favourite food of all time?

Burgers (vegan)

How do you like to relax and unwind after your workday?

On the couch with my furbabies

Completing my stress and rescue diving course.
