As a professional, with 20+ years experience working in Customer Support and Administration based roles, Wafa has a sharp ability and skill set that enables her to deliver high end service and customer management.

Years of working in broad cross sections of the community and in diverse client roles, Wafa possess an edge, with effective client building and the ability to understand customer requirements, lead and manage small teams, whilst also utilizing her problem-solving skills.

She is passionate about collaborating with innovative teams to deliver client-orientated business objectives through service processes improvement and seamless customer service management.

Outside of work Wafa loves to read and always has a great book recommendation, not surprising as she also has a background in Library and information. She doesn’t currently own any pets but is hoping to become a proud pet parent in the near future.

When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A librarian. I love systems and organising information.

What’s your idea of a perfect long weekend getaway?

Saltwater pool or hot springs, coastal or countryside, a good book.

Winter because it’s a time to spend indoors with people you love.

Shellfish and crustaceans.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

The ability to give myself 25 hours a day whenever I need it.

Becoming a mum!
