Viv has worked in the animal care industry for 34 years, the last 29 as a vet nurse with many years as head vet nurse. Demonstrating loyalty having worked for the same company at different locations for 31 years and ready to show that dedication to the new Rosebery Vet Hospital.

Viv enjoys many aspects of the job but primarily surgery and diagnostics. A clean and calm work place is her main aim. Always empathetic to the animals in her care and has learned to read what they feel and this has helped to individualise how she helps them.

Viv loves to organise and problem solve any situation, which makes emergencies and unforeseen circumstances the ideal challenges for her.

Family wise, she has two adult sons , 3 grandsons and one granddaughter, who are the joys of her world. She loves pottering in her garden and caring for her many pets. A bit of an online gamer on her down time and loves going to watch live bands.
